One business per trade, per area

£200 on ads.
7 days.
£10,000+ in work worth quoting.

Here’s the system behind it and why it had almost nothing to do with getting “more leads”.

Watch this 2 minute video to see exactly what we did.

We only work with one business per trade in each area.

Dear trades business owner,

Something weird has happened to marketing.

Everyone is obsessed with leads.

50 leads. 100 leads. “Guaranteed leads every month.”

Sounds great. Until they start coming in.

Someone wants a tiny job. Someone lives miles away. Someone filled the form in by accident. Someone never answers the phone.

But hey... at least you got 100 leads.

That’s not what we want.

We’d rather find 5 people with good jobs that are actually worth quoting.

People nearby.

Looking for the kind of work the business actually wants.

Who have told us what they need.

And are ready to have a conversation.

That is a very different thing.

Here’s what happened with Regional Tree Care.

£10,000+ refers to the value of the qualified work that came through, not £10,000 of guaranteed or closed revenue.

So... what actually happened?

It wasn’t one magic Facebook ad.

And it wasn’t some clever trick that found 100 secret homeowners hiding on the internet.

It was much simpler than that.

We made the business look good.

We got that work seen by more local people.

Then when someone wanted a quote, we made sure we knew what they wanted before they reached the client.

That’s the whole idea.

What the first 30 days looked like for Ollie

Everything was built around one simple goal: get more of the jobs he actually wanted to quote.

01.

We focused everything on the right kind of work.

Not random enquiries. The messaging, the ads and the whole journey were built around the jobs Ollie actually wanted more of.

02.

We made sure he knew what he was looking at before he picked up the phone.

By the time an enquiry came through, he could see what they wanted, where they were, how much work was involved and whether it looked worth chasing.

03.

That gave him more choice over the work he took on.

More of the right jobs coming in meant more quotes to book and less relying on whatever happened to come through word of mouth.

That’s the aim of the first 30 days. More of the right work. Less guessing. More choice.

“These are the best leads I’ve ever had. Every one was worth quoting.”
Ollie, Regional Tree Care

The end goal is simple.

  • More of the right people know the business.
  • More of them see the work.
  • More of them ask for a quote.
  • There is less guessing where the next job is coming from.

That means the lads stay busy. The diary keeps moving. And over time, the business stops being one of ten names someone finds online. It becomes the one they already know.

That’s what we mean by impossible to ignore.

And no. We won’t promise 100 leads a month.

Because 100 bad leads still equals... 100 bad leads.

What matters is much simpler.

Is it the kind of job the business wants?

Is it close enough to quote?

Is there enough information to know it is worth calling?

Does the homeowner actually want to speak?

If the answer is yes, now we have something useful.

Less rubbish. More work worth quoting.

One quick warning...

This won’t make sense for everyone.

If the business is already full for the next year, don’t do this.

If nobody has time to answer the phone, don’t do this.

If every job is worth £150, it probably won’t make sense either.

But if the business already does good work, there is room for more of it, and the goal is to grow...

This is exactly what we built this for.

Important

We only work with one business per trade, per area.

If we work with a tree company in an area, we will not run the same thing for the tree company down the road. Same goes for builders, landscapers, kitchens and every other trade we take on.

We need to check there is still a spot free.

Takes around 60 seconds.

P.S. One last thing...

If you’ve made it this far, here’s probably the bit you actually want to know.

Our normal service is £1,500 a month, plus a £500 setup fee.

But right now, we’re doing something slightly different for a small number of trades businesses in the Midlands.

We want to prove the system works before asking you to fully commit to it.

So to get started, you pay:

£500 setup fee

+ your ad spend

And that’s it for the first 30 days.

We come out and shoot the business.

We build everything.

We get the marketing live.

We run it.

We follow up the enquiries.

And you get the full first month of our normal £1,500 service included.

So rather than asking you to take our word for it...

We’d rather show you what it can do.

See what comes through.

See what the quality is like.

See what having the marketing handled properly actually looks like.

Then after the first 30 days, if it makes sense to keep going, the normal service is £1,500 a month.

There is one catch.

We only work with

One business per trade, per area.

So once we take someone on in an area...

We won’t take their local competitor too.

Takes around 60 seconds.
